QR Codes On Vehicles
In partnership with our resident marketing consultant, Simon Says Media, Eastcote Signs are now using QR codes in our vehicle graphics. We are also offering this as a service to our customers.
What are QR codes?
Quick Response or QR codes are computer generated images that contain information like website addresses or contact details.
The QR code on the back of our van in the photograph has an encoded link to our website.
How do you use a QR code?
QR codes can be scanned with modern smartphones and in this case can take you straight to the website encoded in the image. There are free applications available for every smartphone to scan QR codes and barcodes.
How do you use a QR code to market a business?
We’ve put the QR code on the back of our van so that motorists who are sitting behind us can quickly scan our van and be taken straight to our website.
QR codes can be placed anywhere and don’t have to be as big as ours. They can added to leaflets, stickers, envelopes, signs and even billboards.
